Financial
Competitive salaries: We pay close attention to market data to ensure that

Bonus program: We want strong performers—smart, committed, self-motivated
employees who are passionate about what they do—and we reward them for their
accomplishments. All employees are eligible for semi-annual performance-based bonuses.
Profit sharing retirement plan: We contribute up to 25% of the employee's
annual pay into a profit sharing plan, beginning in the third calendar year of employment.
Financial planning for retirement: We provide the services of a private,
unbiased certified financial consultant for information and counseling at no cost
to employees.
Community
Social events: Throughout the year, we sponsor a variety of events, such
as golf tournaments, parties and much more, for employees and their families to
enjoy.
Sports: If you like to stay in shape, you'll fit right in. We have our own
in-house, professionally equipped gym. We also sponsor employee softball, flag football
and basketball teams.
Time off for volunteering: Philanthropy is an essential part of our culture,
and all employees are encouraged to do their part. We offer paid days off for volunteer
work and community service.
Charity events: AVM employees have the opportunity to participate in group
community service projects, such as St. Baldrick's Day (a benefit for children's cancer research),
Race for the Cure, charity balls and many others.
Health and Fitness
Health insurance: All employees receive a PPO level of health insurance,
including full medical and prescription coverage for employees and their families.
Comprehensive dental insurance includes free cleanings.
HSA (Health Savings Account): This fully funded program enables employees
to use pre-tax dollars to pay for health care deductibles and other medical/dental
expenses. The HSA is fully vested and continually rolls over year after year if
unused.
Group life and AD&D insurance: All employees are covered, effective the
first month after hire.
In-office gym: Our onsite employee gym has it all—aerobic equipment,
weights, circuit training and plasma TVs.
Lunch, snacks and more: Lunch is provided daily from a variety of local restaurants,
and each employee orders online right from his/her personal desktop. Our large kitchen
is always stocked with breakfast foods, a huge variety of beverages and healthy
snacks.
Health and nutrition experts: Boston Marathon winner Uta Pippig and her coach,
experts on physical fitness, yoga, running and nutrition, are available on a quarterly
basis for one-on-one counseling.
Education and Training
Tuition reimbursement: Continuous learning is a way of life here. All employees
are eligible for tuition reimbursement for job-related education.
Mentoring program: We consider mentoring crucial not only for job orientation
and career advancement, but also for ongoing personal and social development.
Financial and computer training: A variety of on- and off-site courses are
offered on a regular basis. Our unique "AVM University" gives employees unlimited
access to an extensive library of video lectures, presented by experts on trading
strategy and many other topics.
Time Off
Vacation, personal and sick days: New employees are entitled to as many as
21 total days off annually, including 10 vacation days and three personal days,
plus sick time. Vacation time increases to 15 days in the third year of employment,
and to 20 days in the fifth year.

are provided.
